After completing my Masters degree in Marine Biology and Oceanography at Bangor University, I made the decision to return to my favourite place in the world: the Emerald Isle.
The tidal zone holds an abundance of wonders to explore, from the intricate mudflats to the mesmerizing rock pools. My passion lies in studying the geological evolution that has shaped this landscape, as well as observing the organisms that continuously adapt to this ever-changing extreme environment. Sharing my knowledge and discoveries about this beautiful microcosm, and advocating for its sustainable use, has become both my hobby and mission. There's nothing quite like uncovering new insights and marvelling at the intricate complexities of nature in this captivating coastal realm. |
